Educational Qualification
Qualification required for each post are as follows:
- Candidates must have passed 10th/Matriculation or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/Institution.
- Knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of H.P. and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
- Handling office files, maintaining records and Knowledge of Court’s working.

Salary
HP Advocate General Peon Salary of Rs. 400/- per day for Daily wage basis workers.
How to Apply - Steps
Applications will be accepted offline application should reach on or before the last date (05:00 PM) with application fee at the following postal address:-
- Application may be submitted on the prescribed format only.
- Applications received after due date or incomplete application, shall be out-rightly rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in that respect.
- The words "Application for the post of Peon (Class-IV)" should be super scribed on the top of the envelope containing application form.
- The candidates are required to submit attested copies of all relevant testimonials so as to show their qualification.
- No person shall be eligible for engagement on daily wage basis if he is below 18 years of age as on the day of January of the Recruitment Year i.e. 2025 and not more than year of age on that date. However, in the case of the candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes or who is an ex- serviceman upper age limit shall be the same as may from time to time, be prescribed by the State Government for engagement of daily wages.
- The selected candidates shall be offered appointment on the daily wage basis.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates clled for the interview.
