NTA UGC NET 2022: National Testing Agency (NTA) has published UGC-NET December 2022 (merged cycles) notification for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) & Assistant Professor (both). The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct UGC-NET December 2022 (merged cycles) for ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ and eligibility for ‘Assistant Professor’ in 82 subjects in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

Educational Qualification
General/Unreserved/General-EWS candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC.
Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to Non-Creamy Layer/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with Disability (PwD)/Transgender category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s degree or equivalent examination are eligible.

Age Limit
- Applicant maximum age for JRF 30 years as on 1st day of the month in which the examination is concluded i.e. 01.02.2023.
- Assistant Professor No Upper age limit require.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Application Fees
- For Gen/Gen. (EWS) candidates: Rs.1100/-
- For OBC-Non Creamy Layer candidates: Rs.550/-
- For SC/ST/PWD candidates: Rs.275/-
